Blessing day

Super bowl Sunday, Nate gave a beautiful blessing to our baby Hyde! All of our close friends and family were able to attend and stand in the circle.. The Priesthood is an amazing gift. Our little ones including myself, are very blessed to have a worthy and faithful Priesthood holder for a Father and Husband!
I had been a little stressed out that week before trying hard to get everything ready for the luncheon afterward at our place. I get these huge ideas in my head of how I want everything to look and go down, such as colors, plates, utensils, food, seating etc.. Somehow there is always something that was forgotten or hadn't gone quite as planned. I am a perfectionist... B.I.G T.I.M.E!
I knew that if I didnt take time to get some pictures in before this event, that I would not ever get one of Hyde in his blessing layette or a family picture. Well, I am beating myself up because the individual who took our one family picture, didnt care enough to take a decent picture, and Nana didnt want to put Hyde down so that I could snap some pictures of him on his BIG day. I thought that after everyone left I would be able to get some of the little guy at least, but spit-up happens... A LOT, and we were forced to strip him naked! I am SO SAD. I do love and care about Hyder, I am sorry!
Hyde was a champ. He is an Angel really! I am one lucky lady to call this baby mine...
