Coasten's hair is GONE. A few days before his birthday, I was doing the usual cutting of the hair and thought it might be a good idea to let Coast hold the clippers while not on, to keep him occupied and entertained.. A few minutes later I notice Coasten running the clippers through his hair. I thought they were off because these clippers happen to be very quiet. Well, I looked down, he had turned them on and taken off a huge chunk of his mohawk in the front, right where his CRAZY cowlick swirl is! I really tried to hold back those tears of mine. I told Coast what he had done and let him look in the mirror, he truly almost cried, he LOVES his hair and must play with it when he gets tired! So after it was all said and done, he looked in the mirror at his new "Do" and continued to fight the water welling up in his eyes. After a lot of convincing on my part, we all LOVE this new style, and I must say that it is pretty nice and easy to style on a daily basis.. He looks so old...

oh how sad!!! he looks so much more like nate now though it's funny. I showed Stella his picture and she said "Coasten!!" We love the little man, with or without hair :) good thing it grows back=)
