The Jazz Game

Coast is SUPER into basketball lately, so my Dad offered us tickets to go see a game. Without hesitation I took the tickets for a Friday night game. Needless to say the boy loved it, Nate even took him down to the court before the game to see it up close. Coast had this huge grin from ear to ear! Its so fun being able to see your kids light up over things that they love. We had a great evening of watching basketball, The Jazz BEAR, eating hot dogs, and clapping. Oh and Nate yelling at the players that obviously cant hear! Hyde was such a trooper in that loud arena. I made him wear a beanie to cover his little ears that he didnt love at all...

PS. Funny little story- Coast has been wanting a jersey and b-ball shorts (i.e jersey pants), for a LONG time now. So I went to Target and found a Williams jersey and shorts for him. I managed to bribe Coast to sit in the cart if he could hold it. So I put the ensemble on his lap and picked up a few other things that we'd been needing to purchase. Not really thinking I put them on Coastens lap on top of the jerseys. Just as soon as they touched his lap he shouted out- "NO, MOM! I dont want it to touch my jersey!" ...... Uh.. how funny is that? I busted up laughing and I am SURE that Target personnel thought I was a crazy lady.. I guess I am no longer embarrassed when the kids are screaming their lungs out in stores, so laughing out loud for a moment was nothing. It doesnt faze me any longer!! So in a nutshell Coast is pretty obsessed with his new D. Will jersey. He lives in it, sleeps in it, talks about it non-stop, all day every day. NO JOKE! Gotta love that kid to pieces...
